We work from the project drawings, Division 07 specifications, approved submittals, and actual field conditions to provide durable, clean, and properly detailed joints.

Commercial Joint Sealant Scopes

       Sealant scope can appear in wall sections, elevations, schedules, finish details, storefront details, civil sheets, and specification sections. Triad reviews the assigned package as a whole so pricing reflects the conditions shown and reasonable trade boundaries.

• Precast and tilt-up concrete panel joints

• Masonry control joints and transitions

• Exterior wall control and expansion joints

• Horizontal concrete control and saw-cut joints when specified

• Perimeter sealant at doors, frames, louvers, and windows when included in Triad's assigned scope

• Interior perimeter and non-rated sealant joints shown in the project documents

• Removal and replacement of failed commercial sealants

• Backer rod, bond breaker, primers, and related joint accessories required by the selected system
